2. Consent and Opt-In

By using our Instant Quote functionality, you:

3. Use of the Site

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information when requesting quotes or using our services.
• Not misuse the Site by introducing harmful code or attempting unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

• Initial Cleans: Payment is required upfront.
• Subsequent Services: Payment terms can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Typically, payment is expected on completion of services and receipt of invoice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our discretion and applicable policies provided at the time of booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

MopSpot is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to delays, system failures, or third-party issues.
