Initial Deep Clean and Owner’s Closet Organization
Every property undergoes a deep cleaning in order for MopSpot to uphold our guarantee to deliver the highest cleaning standards available. Your owner’s closet will be organized and an initial inventory will be conducted. Any missing items will be addressed before the next guest arrival.
Guest-Ready Checklist
Our digital checklist ensures that no detail is overlooked. It includes 67 standard tasks to be completed during every service, leaving your property sparkling clean for every guest.
Additionally, our MopSpot service includes the restocking of essential items necessary for each booking (quantities at your discretion). If you have additional requirements, your checklist can be customized to suit your specifications.
Upon completion of your service, you will receive an instant notification with a link to view your checklist; letting you know that your property is ready for your guests’ arrival. Your checklist will list all of the cleaning tasks completed and it will detail other important information regarding your property.
Photos relating to any property damage or maintenance issues will be documented and provided in an electronic format.
